CJ's Heating and Air is a one-person, owner-operated business in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. There are no marketers, no third-party data brokers, and no surveillance ad networks involved in this website. This policy explains what's collected, how it's used, and what it's not used for.

What this site collects

The only information this website collects is what you choose to send through the contact form on the Contact page. That's:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service you're asking about
• Anything you write in the message field

That's it. This site doesn't use cookies, doesn't run analytics, doesn't load tracking scripts, and doesn't log your IP address or browsing behavior. Nothing is watching you while you read these pages.

How your information is used

The information you send through the contact form is used for one thing only: so CJ can get back to you about your inquiry, schedule the work, or quote a job. That's the entire purpose.

Who has access

Contact-form submissions are delivered to CJ's email address through a third-party form processor called Formspree. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to how they transmit your message to CJ's inbox. After delivery, your information stays in CJ's email and in any business records he keeps for jobs (invoices, scheduling notes, that kind of thing).

CJ does not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

What this site does not do

For clarity, here's what is not happening when you use this site:

• No cookies
• No Google Analytics or any other tracking service
• No marketing emails or newsletters — there is no mailing list
• No retargeting ads — CJ doesn't run ads on this site
• No selling or sharing your information with marketers, data brokers, or anyone else

How long your information is kept

Contact-form submissions are kept as long as they're useful for the business reason you sent them — responding to your message, completing the work, keeping a job record. If you want your information removed sooner, ask and CJ will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask CJ to:

• Tell you what information he has about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from his records (subject to any legal record-keeping requirements, like tax records on completed work)

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, contact CJ and the information will be deleted.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. The current version always applies.
